SERA C409.2-350e MBE-02 Diaphragm pumps
No leakage, directly controllable, PROFIBUS-DP interface, very high dosing accuracy, long service life of the diaphragm, linear control characteristics, unlimited safe dry operation, low maintenance, low operating costs
The C409.2 series controllable diaphragm pumps are electronically controlled metering pumps that can be used in many applications. They are designed for industrial applications and guarantee high operating reliability. The metering pumps are dry-safe oscillating pumps, which are characterized by a high degree of tightness of the metering head. The fluid is conveyed by a deformable diaphragm. This type of piston diaphragm pump uses a rotary cam drive to transmit the rotation of the drive motor to the displacement body. In the case of a rotary cam drive, the eccentric provides the pressure stroke while the suction stroke is performed by a pressure spring (return spring). The effective stroke length can be changed by an adjustable scale knob, which prevents the connecting rod from following the rotary cam to the rear end during the suction stroke.
