Pressure Regulators

Electronic Pressure Regulators: Suitable for vacuum, low-pressure, and high-pressure control applications requiring excellent repeatability. Proportion-Air's electronic high-pressure valves can accurately control pressures up to 6000 PSI.

Mechanical Pressure Regulators: Including pressure reducing regulators and back-pressure regulators. The pressure reducing regulator reduces the inlet pressure (P1) to a specific output pressure (P2), while the back-pressure regulator controls the upstream pressure (P1) by releasing any pressure above the set pressure during the controlled process.

Mass Flow Controllers

Proportion-Air manufactures complete closed-loop electronic mass flow controllers with fast response capabilities, capable of controlling flows from 2 SCFH to 250 SCFM. These controllers can be installed in any direction and can continue to control flow even under severe vibrations. The flow control components have a turndown ratio of 10:1, meaning the flow can be controlled within a range of 10% to 100% with a repeatability of ±0.25%. The gases that can be controlled include air, argon, carbon dioxide, helium (non-hermetically sealed), nitrous oxide, nitrogen, and oxygen.

Pressure Sensors

The DS series of industrial pressure sensors from Proportion-Air accurately measures the pressure of gases or liquids in industrial and laboratory processes. The standard version (DSB) uses a piezoresistive semiconductor sensor chip for pressure measurement, designed for accuracy (±0.2%), repeatability, and durability measurements from full vacuum to 175 PSI (12Bar). The stainless steel version (DST) uses the same silicon etched device mounted on a stainless steel diaphragm, with all wetted parts made of ANSI 316L stainless steel.
