Amphenol Procom has three sales subsidiaries and a network of dealers covering the globe, and we also work directly with a number of large international customers within the industry.
Amphenol Procom is a division of the Amphenol Corporation, a $10 billion-dollar organization that is one of the largest manufacturers of interconnect products in the world. The company designs, manufactures and markets electrical, electronic and fiber optic connectors, coaxial and flat-ribbon cable, and interconnect systems.
The roots of Amphenol Procom date back to 1948 when the company Jaybeam was established, supplying high quality antennas to the UK market. Since then, Jaybeam has grown and expanded into a premier supplier of PMR / Trunked Radio and Cellular Base Station antennas for a worldwide customer base.
Procom was established in Denmark in 1980 by seven RF engineers, and grew steadily to become a respected brand through its focus on customisable, high quality filter and antenna products for the Public Safety market. Skymasts, a British antenna manufacturer known for high quality PMR base station antennas, joined forces with Procom in 2014.
Today these three class-leading brands are all integrated into one strong organization: Amphenol Procom.
